About Healing for Animals

Animals can benefit from distance healing modalities such as Reiki just as we humans do. This is not surprising since we are all part of the web of life and share in the same universal energy. Since this energy is not bound by space or time, an animal can be anywhere and still receive healing benefits.

How We Work

At various times during the healing period, our Furkids volunteer will channel healing energy using their preferred modality and direct it to their assigned animal through intention. The animal is free to accept and integrate it in their own way.

Note that distance healing can be an effective complementary therapy for animals who cannot be seen in-person such as dogs who are reactive or post-op, or animals in the wild.

Possible Benefits

As with humans, animals receiving distance healing may experience

accelerated healing on multiple levels,
reduced pain and discomfort,
deep relaxation and better sleep, and
improved well-being.
